All Ventilation canopies should be 2000mm from the floor, as part of our design service we take into consideration all these and many other factors, so that you can have peace of mind that not only are we meeting all legislation and safety standards, you have the added advantage of over 25 years of experience in kitchen and ventilation design.

Ventilation Maintenance
Canopies and Ventilation is designed to remove harmful fumes, heat and grease generated from the cooking equipment. Regular cleaning of your extraction system is essential to maintain a safe and well run kitchen. A system not maintained can cause fire from a build up of fat and grease.
